Sproga is a L.I.T. (Low Impact Training) Sports Performance program. The class features bio-mechanics core stabilization utilizing the Swiss Ball to move seamlessly into all 3 planes of motion. Meditation and Yoga Flow Self Myo-Fascial Release is incorporated with traditional foams rollers as well as vibrating fitness rollers. Ten people max per class allows for an intimate focused work out. Sproga is designed to Decrease Inflammation, Enhance performance, Increase Range of Motion, Improve overall well being.
