Yoga Training Club Group and Individual Classes focuses on the Breath, Core, and Functional Training. (This class is the answer to lower back ailments, lower stamina, and weakened endurance) #YTC Provides One hour of a Total Body Workout. As we Breathe in class we move in a well designed, and thought out choreographed sequence of yoga poses flowing seamlessly. Current and Classic Music is played to keep you Moving through your work day. (Be prepared for plenty of push-ups and deep squats)
This will not only keep your body looking fit and sculpted but will sharpen your mind and give you that edge in the board room.
